Black's BBQ brings Edgar Black Sr.'s 1932 Texas barbecue tradition to San Marcos, post oak and all.
This is the San Marcos outpost of the barbecue business Edgar Black Sr. started in 1932 — low and slow over post-oak wood, the way it's been done from the beginning. Texas barbecue with nearly a century of practice behind it.
Open seven days a week on Hull Street. They run later on Fridays and Saturdays. The pit doesn't change with the postcode.
