MISSION BBQ opened in 2011 when two friends decided barbecue and patriotism belonged on the same plate.
This Sterling outpost sits on Denizen Plaza, serving the fast-casual barbecue the brand built its name on — smoked meats without the wait of a pit-stop joint. The menu runs daily from 11:00 to 21:00 most days, closing an hour earlier on Sundays.
It's barbecue at chain pace, which means consistent and quick. No frills, just the food two friends set out to serve when they started the business more than a decade ago.
