MISSION BBQ — Germantown
The Atlas Review
The BBQ Atlas
Two friends started MISSION BBQ in 2011; now there are outposts across the country, including this one on Century Boulevard in Germantown.
MISSION BBQ is a fast-casual barbecue chain built by two friends who cared enough about smoke and meat to turn it into something repeatable. This Germantown location sits on Century Boulevard, open seven days a week — 11 to 9 most nights, closing a bit earlier on Sundays.
It's the kind of place that does barbecue at scale without pretending to be a backyard operation. Order at the counter, get your tray, and move on. The menu is what you'd expect from a chain with a clear point of view: the standards, done consistently, no surprises.
