MISSION BBQ runs a fast-casual operation on Promenade Commons Street in Gainesville.
Two friends started MISSION BBQ in 2011, and the brand has since spread to dozens of locations. This Gainesville outpost keeps the same approach: barbecue served quickly, open seven days a week.
The doors open at eleven most days, half-past on Sundays, and close by nine. No reservations, no lingering — just a counter, a line, and food that moves.
