MISSION BBQ — Herndon
The Atlas Review
The BBQ Atlas
MISSION BBQ runs a fast-casual barbecue operation on Centreville Road in Herndon.
Two friends started MISSION BBQ in 2011, and the business has since grown into a multi-location operation. This Herndon outpost serves barbecue daily — eleven to nine most days, half-eleven to eight on Sundays.
It's fast-casual: order at the counter, collect your tray, find a seat. The format suits people who want barbecue without the wait or the ceremony — just the food, straightforward and quick.
