MISSION BBQ — Green Bay
The Atlas Review
The BBQ Atlas
MISSION BBQ is what two friends passionate about barbecue built in 2011, now serving fast-casual plates across the country — this Green Bay outpost included.
The setup is straightforward: order at the counter, collect your tray, find a seat. Brisket, ribs, pulled pork — the menu runs the usual roster, cooked off-site and served hot. It's barbecue at the pace of lunch, not the pace of a pit.
Open daily on South Oneida Street, 11 to 9 most nights, half an hour shorter on Sundays. No queue, no sell-out — just in, order, eat.
