MISSION BBQ is a fast-casual barbecue restaurant on South 108th Street in West Allis.
Two friends passionate about barbecue started MISSION BBQ in 2011, and the brand has grown into a multi-location operation. This West Allis outpost serves the same menu: smoked meats plated quickly, no table service required.
Open daily — eleven to nine most days, half-eleven to eight on Sundays. The format is straightforward: order at the counter, carry your tray, eat. It's barbecue built for pace, not ceremony.
