MISSION BBQ is fast-casual barbecue built on a simple idea: two friends who cared about the craft and decided to open a restaurant.
The Madison outpost sits on East Towne Boulevard, serving brisket, ribs, and pulled pork daily in a format that moves quickly without cutting corners. Founded in 2011, MISSION BBQ runs dozens of locations now, but the premise hasn't changed — barbecue done properly, plated fast, no fuss.
Open seven days: 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. Monday through Saturday, 11:30 a.m. to 8 p.m. Sunday. Walk in, order at the counter, and eat.
