MISSION BBQ runs a fast-casual operation on West Bluemound Road in Brookfield.
Two friends started MISSION BBQ in 2011, and the brand has since grown into a multi-location outfit serving barbecue without the wait of a traditional pit. This Brookfield outpost keeps the same approach: order at the counter, take a seat, and let someone else tend the smoker.
Open daily — eleven to nine most nights, half-past eleven on Sundays. The sort of place that fits between errands or after work, no reservation required.
