Mack "Doc" Holiday started this outfit in 1989, and it's been oak-fired barbecue ever since — the kind of place that treats a country store and a pit as natural neighbours. This Scottsdale location on Northsight Boulevard opens early and stays open late, six days a week running into the evening, ready to feed people who know what they came for.
No fuss, no theme-park theatrics. Just Texas barbecue done the way it's meant to be, with wood that matters and time that can't be rushed.
