MISSION BBQ serves barbecue on East Cactus Road in Phoenix, seven days a week.

Two friends passionate about barbecue started MISSION BBQ in 2011, and the chain has since spread across the country. This Phoenix outpost keeps the same hours most of the week — 11 to 9 — and opens a half-hour later on Sundays.
