City Barbeque opened on Northwest Highway in October 2019, bringing competition-quality smokehouse barbecue to Park Ridge.
The business started in 1999, and this outpost runs its own smokers on-site — local hickory, low and slow, the way competition pitmasters do it. Open daily from half-ten to eight, seven days a week.
No shortcuts in the cook; no pretense in the setup. Fill a plate, watch the smoke, and leave when you're done.
