MISSION BBQ runs a fast-casual operation on North Salisbury Boulevard — two friends turned a passion for barbecue into a chain, and this is one of the stops.
The brand started in 2011, built around barbecue done at pace without the wait. This Salisbury outpost keeps the same rhythm: order at the counter, fill a tray, move on. It's fast casual in the plainest sense — no lingering, no ceremony, just meat and sides on a predictable schedule.
Open daily, eleven to nine most nights, half-past eleven on Sundays. The sort of place that knows its lane and stays in it.
