MISSION BBQ brings the fast-casual barbecue two friends started in 2011 to Rehoboth Beach's Seaside Outlet Drive.
This is barbecue built for volume and pace — order at the counter, fill a tray, move on. The menu runs the expected line: brisket, ribs, pulled pork, sides that don't slow anyone down. It's the outlet-mall answer to pit smoke, and it doesn't pretend otherwise.
Open daily, closing at nine most nights and eight on Sundays. The sort of place that feeds a crowd without ceremony.
