Two friends passionate about barbecue started MISSION BBQ in 2011, and this California outpost carries that same fast-casual approach to smoked meat.
MISSION BBQ runs a chain built on the idea that barbecue can move quickly without losing its point. This location on MacArthur Boulevard is part of that network — counter service, daily hours, and a menu that doesn't ask you to choose between speed and smoke.
Open seven days, eleven to nine most nights, half-past eleven on Sundays. The sort of place that fits lunch breaks and weeknight dinners without ceremony.
