MISSION BBQ serves fast-casual barbecue on Dover's North Dupont Highway.
Two friends started MISSION BBQ in 2011 with a passion for barbecue, and the brand has since grown into a multi-location operation. This Dover outpost runs the same playbook: counter service, daily hours, and a menu built around smoked meats.
Open seven days — 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. most nights, closing an hour earlier on Sundays. The line moves, the plates fill, and the doors stay open past dinner.
