This outpost sits on the edge of Widnes, serving the brisket, ribs and pulled meats the brand built its name on. The kitchen runs Texas method; the menu doesn't stray.
Open noon to eleven most days, ten on weekends. A straightforward stop if you're passing through Bold Heath and want barbecue without ceremony.
