Hickory's Smokehouse
The Atlas Review
The BBQ Atlas
The Rhos-on-Sea site on Llandudno Road is where Hickory's Smokehouse began, in 2010 — the original room that set the template for the American Deep South barbecue the group now runs across England and Wales. Brisket, ribs, pulled pork and smoked wings come off the kitchen alongside burgers and the usual smokehouse sides, with a bar, live sport, and a welcome that extends to children and dogs alike. Open from noon most days and ten at weekends, through to eleven at night on Fridays and Saturdays. A few steps back from the seafront, it's built for a long lunch as readily as a late dinner.
