Slicen Dyson Smoked Meats serves brisket, burnt ends, pulled pork, and beef rib by the pound, alongside sandwiches and platters. The applesauce barbecue sauce and sweet potato fries round out the menu. Catering by the tray is available for pickup.
Open Friday through Sunday, closing when the meat runs out — which it does. No waiting around after service ends.
