MISSION BBQ runs a fast-casual operation on York Road in Towson, serving barbecue daily with the efficiency of a chain that knows its lane.
Two friends started MISSION BBQ in 2011 with a passion for barbecue and a format built to move: order at the counter, eat without ceremony, repeat. This Towson outpost keeps the same rhythm—open seven days, in and out by nine most nights, half an hour earlier on Sundays.
It's fast-casual barbecue done at scale, the kind of place where the menu doesn't change and neither does the drill. You know what you're getting before you walk in, and that's rather the point.
