MISSION BBQ brings fast-casual barbecue to Hunt Valley, seven days a week.
Two friends passionate about barbecue started MISSION BBQ in 2011, and the chain has since spread across the country. This Hunt Valley outpost sits on Shawan Road, serving brisket, ribs, and pulled pork in a fast-casual format — order at the counter, carry your tray to a table, and get on with your day.
Open daily for lunch and dinner, closing at nine most nights and eight on Sundays. The doors open at eleven, half-past on Sunday mornings.
