MISSION BBQ serves fast-casual barbecue on Boston Street in Baltimore's Canton neighbourhood.
Two friends started MISSION BBQ in 2011 with a straightforward idea: barbecue done quickly, without ceremony. This Canton outpost runs the same playbook—counter service, daily hours, and a menu built around smoked meats.
Open seven days, 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. most nights, half an hour later on Sundays. The line moves; the food comes out. No reservations, no lingering—just order, eat, and carry on.
