Rudy's on Braddie Drive in Del Rio opens at seven — brisket and sausage by the pound over butcher paper, oak in the pit, a country store attached. The format dates to Rudolph Aue's 1929 Leon Springs filling station, barbecue added in 1989. Open seven days, breakfast through late evening.
