MISSION BBQ — Wilmington
The Atlas Review
The BBQ Atlas
MISSION BBQ arrived in 2011, built by two friends who decided barbecue and patriotism belonged on the same plate.
This Wilmington outpost sits on College Road, serving the same menu that runs through every MISSION BBQ: smoked meats, sides, and a dining room that doubles as a tribute to service members. The brand was founded by two friends with a thing for barbecue and a bigger thing for the flag — every location opens at eleven, plays the anthem at noon, and closes by nine most nights (Sunday wraps at eight-thirty).
No phone number listed — walk in, or check the website. It's barbecue with a salute, and Wilmington gets its own.
