This Jacksonville outpost sits on Western Boulevard, open daily for lunch and dinner — Sunday through Saturday, with slightly shorter hours on Sunday. The brand was built by two friends who cared about barbecue, and the format is fast-casual: order at the counter, take a seat.
The menu runs the usual suspects — brisket, ribs, pulled pork — plated quickly and without ceremony. It's barbecue for people who want it now, not after an hour in line. Open until nine most nights.
