MISSION BBQ runs a straightforward operation: barbecue served daily, no fuss. The Wilmington location sits on Concord Pike, open for lunch and dinner seven days a week — Sunday through Saturday until nine, Sunday until eight.
It's part of a multi-location business built by two friends who decided barbecue was worth doing properly. The menu covers the standards; the approach stays consistent across the chain. Walk in, order, eat.
