Two friends started MISSION BBQ in 2011, and the model has spread — this Deptford outpost is one of many. The format is straightforward: order at the counter, collect your tray, move on. No lingering over smoke pits or waiting on table service; it's barbecue built for pace.
Open seven days, 11 a.m. most nights until nine, Sundays a half-hour later to start and an hour earlier to close. The sort of place that keeps to a schedule and doesn't pretend otherwise.
