MISSION BBQ is a fast-casual barbecue restaurant on Marketplace Drive in Henrietta, just outside Rochester.
Two friends passionate about barbecue started MISSION BBQ in 2011, and the brand has since grown into a multi-location operation. This outpost serves the usual lineup — brisket, ribs, pulled pork — in a fast-casual format: order at the counter, carry your tray, eat.
Open daily for lunch and dinner, closing at nine most nights and eight on Sundays. The earlier close on Sunday starts at half-past eleven.
