Dinosaur Bar-B-Que brings John Stage's slow-smoked Southern barbecue to Hamburg, where ribs and brisket arrive the way they're meant to.
Dinosaur Bar-B-Que has smoked ribs, brisket and pulled pork low and slow since 1988, and this Hamburg outpost on McKinley Parkway runs the same in-house sauces and rubs. Open from 4 p.m. weekdays, 11 a.m. Wednesday to Sunday, later on Friday and Saturday. Barbecue that isn't in a hurry.
