MISSION BBQ runs a fast-casual operation on South Semoran Boulevard in Orlando's Lee Vista neighborhood.
Two friends passionate about barbecue started MISSION BBQ in 2011; this outpost is one of many carrying that flag. The format is fast-casual — order at the counter, food comes quick, and the doors open seven days a week.
They're open 11 to 9 most days, closing an hour earlier on Sundays. The line moves. The plates fill.
