MISSION BBQ brings fast-casual barbecue to Lake Mary, founded by two friends who decided the country needed more smoke and a side of patriotism.
The chain started in 2011 and now runs locations across the country, this one on West Lake Mary Boulevard. It's fast-casual: order at the counter, carry your tray, and the kitchen moves at a clip most sit-down joints wouldn't attempt.
Open daily—11 to 9 most nights, closing an hour earlier on Sundays. The sort of place that feeds a crowd without ceremony and doesn't ask you to wait.
