MISSION BBQ — Oklahoma City
The Atlas Review
The BBQ Atlas
MISSION BBQ serves brisket, ribs, and pulled pork on the north side of Oklahoma City, where Pennsylvania Avenue meets Quail Springs.
Two friends started MISSION BBQ in 2011 with a straightforward idea: barbecue done properly, no detours. This Quail Springs outpost carries that forward—a restaurant where the menu runs to the fundamentals and the doors open daily at eleven.
Open seven days, closing at nine most nights and eight on Sundays. The sort of place that keeps its hours and sticks to what it does.
