MISSION BBQ brings fast-casual barbecue to Mission, Kansas — counter service, daily hours, and a menu built by two friends who decided proper smoke belonged in reach of a lunch break.
The chain started in 2011 when two friends turned a passion for barbecue into a fast-casual format, and this Martway Street outpost carries that same blueprint: order at the counter, eat without ceremony, and get back to your day. It's barbecue stripped of the queue and the variable hours — open every day, 11 to 9 most nights, half-past on Sundays.
No flagship mystique, no single pit. Just a reliable address in Mission where smoke and speed share the same kitchen.
