MISSION BBQ — Hagerstown
The Atlas Review
The BBQ Atlas
MISSION BBQ opened in 2011 when two friends decided barbecue and patriotism belonged under one roof.
This Hagerstown outpost sits on Valley Mall Road, serving the fast-casual barbecue the brand built its name on. The menu runs daily from 11:00 to 21:00 most days, closing a half-hour earlier on Sundays — steady hours for brisket, ribs, and pulled pork plated without ceremony.
It's part of a multi-state operation, but the formula doesn't waver: smoked meat, counter service, and a dining room that wears its flag on its sleeve. No reservations, no lingering — just order, eat, and move along.
