Miller's has smoked barbecue in Belton since 2008, and right now it's running out of a trailer while the restaurant is rebuilt after a fire — which makes it leaner, faster, and quicker to sell out. Open most days from 11, longer Thursday through Sunday. Get there while there's meat left.
