LowPoint Barbecue
The Atlas Review
The BBQ Atlas
LowPoint Barbecue opened in Laredo in 2023 and keeps its hours short — a sign of things made to order, not to sit.
Marc Solis runs this place on Chihuahua Street, open Thursday through Sunday in a schedule that respects the work. The barbecue arrives when it's ready, not before.
Thursday and Sunday they close at four. Friday and Saturday stretch to eight. No pretense, no padding. Just barbecue done the way it needs to be done.
