Jessie's Q Barbecue operates out of a brewery in Cambridge, Ontario, running on the pop-up model — which means you show up when they're there, or you miss out. They work an offset smoker fuelled by white oak, turning out brisket and beef cheeks in the Texas manner. Catering is available if you plan ahead.
They sell out early. That's not a warning; it's how you know the work is done right.
