City Barbeque is a competition-quality smokehouse that's been doing low and slow since 1999. This Newark location keeps hickory burning and the smokers running daily — no shortcuts, just wood and time.
Open late lunch through evening most days, a bit later on weekends. The kind of place that knows what a smoker is for and uses it.
