City Barbeque has been smoking competition-quality barbecue since 1999, and this Columbus outpost on West Henderson Road runs its own smokers daily.
The Arlington location is a working smokehouse — local hickory, on-site pits, meat cooked low and slow the way the brand has done it from the start. Open seven days, 10:30 to 9:00.
No shortcuts. Just smoke, time, and wood that comes from nearby. Walk in, order, and eat barbecue made the proper way.
