This New Albany outpost does what the brand has done since the beginning: low and slow over local hickory, no shortcuts. The wood does the work; the kitchen lets it.
It's barbecue without pretense — a restaurant that knows smoke and time are the only ingredients that matter. The rest is just showing up and ordering.
