City Barbeque — Delaware

City Barbeque is a competition-quality smokehouse that does its work where you can see it — on-site smokers, local hickory, meat cooked low and slow. The business started in 1999, and this Delaware location carries that same approach: no shortcuts, just wood and time.

Open daily from half-ten in the morning until nine at night, seven days straight. The smokers don't take a day off, and neither does the kitchen.
