Salt, pepper, smoke and time — Ten50 keeps the Central Texas method short and does the long part properly, with pitmasters pulling twelve-hour shifts. This Dallas location on West Lovers Lane opens at 10:50 (the name is the address) and runs to nine, later on weekends. Modern room, Southern welcome, brisket that earns the wait. The brand started in 2014.
