This Albuquerque Rudy's on Coors NW does oak-fired Texas barbecue by the pound with a country store attached — reasonable prices, cash or card, open early and late (to 10 p.m. Thursday–Saturday). The chain began as Rudolph Aue's 1929 Leon Springs filling station and added barbecue in 1989.
