MISSION BBQ — Stafford
The Atlas Review
The BBQ Atlas
MISSION BBQ opened in 2011 when two friends decided barbecue and patriotism belonged on the same plate.
This Stafford outpost sits on Garrisonville Road, serving brisket, ribs, and pulled pork in a fast-casual format built around honouring first responders and the military. The brand's founders started with a simple idea — serve proper barbecue and salute service — and it's carried through every location, this one included.
Open daily for lunch and dinner, closing at nine most nights and eight on Sundays. Walk in, order at the counter, and expect straightforward barbecue without ceremony. The mission is in the name; the meat does the rest.
