The brand started when two friends decided barbecue was worth building something around, and this San Gabriel outpost carries that forward — a straightforward barbecue operation on a busy boulevard, no ceremony required.
They cook what they cook, serve it, and move on to the next plate. The sort of place that exists because someone believed in it enough to open the doors.
