MISSION BBQ opened in 2011 when two friends decided barbecue and patriotism belonged under one roof.
This is the Royal Palm Beach outpost, a fast casual spot on Southern Boulevard where the menu runs to brisket, ribs, and pulled pork. The brand was built on honouring service members and first responders — flags, tributes, and the national anthem at noon daily are part of the deal.
Open seven days: 11 to 9 Monday through Saturday, 11:30 to 8 on Sunday. Walk in, order at the counter, and eat.
