MISSION BBQ brings fast-casual barbecue to Port St. Lucie, eleven-to-nine most days and a half-hour later on Sundays.
Two friends started MISSION BBQ in 2011 with a passion for barbecue and a format that moves: order at the counter, eat without ceremony, out the door. This NW St. Lucie West Boulevard outpost runs the same playbook—fast-casual service, no fuss, open daily.
The doors open at eleven and close at nine, Sunday half an hour shorter on both ends. It's barbecue at the pace people actually keep.
