MISSION BBQ serves barbecue on East Medicine Lake Boulevard in Plymouth, Minnesota.
Two friends passionate about barbecue started MISSION BBQ in 2011, and the chain now runs locations across the country. This Plymouth outpost opens at eleven most days — half past on Sundays — and runs until nine in the evening, eight on the weekend close.
The menu is barbecue; the hours are posted. When you're on East Medicine Lake Boulevard and want meat cooked over fire, the address is 3401.
