Fast-casual barbecue on Horseshoe Lake Road, open seven days and serving until nine most nights. The brand's founders built a model around accessible smoke and a straightforward menu — no fuss, steady hours, the sort of place that feeds a weeknight as easily as a weekend.
This location keeps the rhythm: eleven to nine Monday through Saturday, half-eleven to eight on Sundays. Walk in, order, eat. The rest is already decided.
