MISSION BBQ — Pittsburgh
The Atlas Review
The BBQ Atlas
Two friends passionate about barbecue started MISSION BBQ in 2011; this Robinson Township outpost carries the same flag.
MISSION BBQ runs as fast-casual — order at the counter, carry your tray, no waiting on table service. The menu covers the expected ground: brisket, ribs, pulled pork, chicken. It's barbecue scaled to feed a lunch rush, not a single pit tended by one person.
The Robinson Township location sits on Steubenville Pike, open daily through dinner and past it most nights. If you want barbecue without ceremony and you're near the western edge of Pittsburgh, it's there.
